Quaid – Devotion

Spread the love

Today im reviewing the brand new single from the artist Quaid. The song is called devotion and I’m interested to see what kind of skills he brings to the table. I hit lay and instantly fall in love with the beat. The instrumental is screaming nineteen nineties ‘s live bass guitar funk sound. What a throw back nastalgic feeling this song has instantly gave me. As soon as Quaid comes in flowing I knew he could kill a mic. Some of the flow is raid fire and some is laid back. I really like Quaids voice on this song. I am a little saddened that it ends so fast. I would honestly add another verse to the song and continue the magic that is in the making with this art. It’s hard to review a song so short, but I would easily love to hear more from Quaid. The Delivery really has you glued to the song there is a lot of real lyrics in this song that hit home, mostly lines such as where Quaid says all his friends are getting careers but he is not one of them. If Quaid kills more fire like this, it wont be long before his career takes off as well…
