Wazteland Warriors – Ninjaz (feat. Lex The Hex Master)

The Wazteland Warriors are back with yet another horrorcore banger! This time the guys bring along Lex the Hex Master who some may consider to be a legend in the horrorcore game. I’m really excited once again to get to review these guys because I make very similar music and well, they are good. so lets jump into this bad boy.
THE BEAT IS FIRE!!!! I love how it starts out with that Chinese restaurant great wall top of the mountain ninja monk sound that gives the vibe of well, Ninja shit! The intro is entertaining. normally Intros are bland and goofy, but these guys add great humor that is very reminiscent of early ICP. When the beat changes in the middle of the verses is my favorite part of the beat it’s so sicc. The first rapper may very well be the best on this track, he is shining super hard. His delivery is just perfect a very distinct voice that has a great slight east coast vibe to it. the world play is super dope, and the old school ninja references he is making is killer, Shinobi, and ninja gaiden and other dope shit… I really like the hook, it’s basic, simple and super catchy. The second verse comes in super strong, I may be a nerd but I caught a cool Might ducks Fulton Reed and Dean Portman reference with a Bash Brother line mentioning hockey sticks haha he’s the knuckle puck ninja This verse was also pretty solid, I wish he added a little more energy but it worked out good. The third guy comes in rapping on a weird Flute break down or something haha I feel like he has a little more energy than the 2nd guy. I heard a few cool lines like the ode to sun tzu “even if my head is severed Ill stay down for whatever” I really like this song, I feel like the third guy could of said something better than the swiss cheese line for the last of the song, but overall his verse was super solid.
